We had Leo come to our home in Westside, Hertfordshire to fit a new banister and spindles, install a new top post, and tighten up our stairs which were badly squeaking. The quality of workmanship was excellent from start to finish. Everything was fitted neatly and solidly with real attention to detail. The stairs now feel much sturdier and are completely quiet. Leo was professional, tidy, and clearly takes pride in his work. Communication was clear throughout and the finish exceeded our expectations. We asked Leo to help design some new French doors and windows and to then build and fit them. We started with some photos. Leo made helpful suggestions, we moved to a sketch and then a scale drawing. Leo then built and fitted the doors and windows; all done in a calm, professional and helpful way with high quality craftsmanship.
